The Year One Playbook is split into seven core sections. Each section focuses on a key leadership challenge such as expectations, authority, overcorrection, emotional regulation, skill building, and leadership endurance.
Included in each section are leadership tools related to the key leadership area. These tools include a suggested scripts, new leader reflections, and new leader action items.
The last section includes a one year focus plan and priority planning template.
